I am an independently licensed counselor in the states of Kentucky and Missouri. I have a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision and an MA in Counseling. I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 26 years.

My approach is primarily existential-humanistic while utilizing evidence-based therapies that are the most effective for the specific disorders or symptoms with which the individual presents.

I have experience treating various populations across many different settings. I treat those with anxiety, trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, psychotic disorders, and other mental health diagnoses or issues. I have experience in providing supervision, teaching graduate level courses, research, facilitating trainings, and advocacy work.
