“Pack lightly,” is what my client said during her session.
I am often incredibly inspired by the insights my clients have during their sessions.
Pack lightly.
The journey through life is long, and wee have a limited amount of energy to get us through it.
Along the way, there are many things we can pick up.
The messages our parents tell us.
The values society thrusts upon us.
Resentment, anger, sadness, limiting beliefs.
What “gifts” have you been given that you’re ready to hand back?
They are not always easy to let go of.
They have served you well in the past, or, at the very least, they are very familiar companions on your journey.
But they come with a lot of weight.
It’s hard to move forward, with all this familiar weight.
When you’re packing your bags, there is always the question, for every item – do I need this? Will I need this?
It’s a difficult question to ask, and even harder to answer.
At any point, you can stop, unpack, and re-pack your bags.
Pack lightly.
